We understand that the situation with COVID-19 is of great concern to our community here in San Antonio; our hearts, minds, and prayers are with you all.
If we stay positive and follow recommended safety measures we can all do our part to put a quick end to these trying times.
At Roof Fix, we’re changing the way we do business. Our customers and employees are and always have been our #1 priority and as such, we have now instituted extra safety and precautionary measures with all in-person interactions, such as:
- Practicing social distancing by limiting contact and not shaking hands
- Frequently washing and sanitizing hands and consistently sanitizing all surfaces in our offices and vehicles.
- And we have implemented new technology to now provide virtual estimates that eliminate any in-person interaction, using internet and phone face to face features in an effort to make sure our customers are safe, as we continue to work through these uncharted circumstances.
When homeowners need a new roof or roof repair it simply needs to get done and we want our customers to know that we’ll always be here for them. Our goal is to provide continued hope to our community and other businesses facing these new challenges. Let’s work to continue to bring excellent customer service to our community.
